Timing of move finally confirmed (had lease approval delay).
Have removed duffel bag from original list, some of the boxes are smaller than previously listed.
Bookcase, desk and coffee table are Ikea and are disassembled (pack flat)
Futon has steel frame (assembled).
No glass or marble of any kind, no fragile items.
Bed is mattress only, no frame or headboard.
Destination building opens between 1:30pm and 4:00pm
Building management requires someone LICENSED AND INSURED. I NEED TO SHOW THE BUILDING MANAGEMENT A COPY OF THE CERTIFICATE BY MONDAY MORNING.
