REBUTTAL POLICY

Movers cannot request removal of reviews unless they are in violation of policy. Instead movers are encouraged to submit rebuttals. A mover can submit 1 rebuttal (up to 2048 characters) per review.

Movers will be contacted and asked to revise their rebuttal if the rebuttal is found to be in violation of our policies. The rebuttal is taken down until the customer makes the appropriate modifications and resubmits.

Rebuttals on CitiMove can be considered in violation of policy for the following reasons: (a) They contain obscene language or content. (b) They link to an unauthorized site, including but not limited to, sites that: (aa) A customer does not have the right to link to (bb) Is advertising or promoting another company. (cc) Contains inappropriate language or content (dd) contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information; (c) They reveal personal information about an individual including, but not limited to (aa) home address (bb) email address (cc) phone numbers (dd) personal information not relevant to the move including, but not limited to, race, gender and sexuality of an individual (d) They contain unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing remarks (e) They contain discriminatory remarks. (f) They contain information known by a Citimove.com employee to be false. (g) They attempt to quote a Citimove.com employee without Citimove.com's permission. (h) They misquote a Citimove.com employee. (i) They contain links to the reviews of other movers. (j) They refer to a review submitted on other movers. (k) They make accusations about another mover that are unrelated to this individual review. (l) They contain derogatory remarks about another mover unrelated to this individual review.

The mover may not discuss the quality of service provided by another individual mover. However, it is permissible to discuss the overall quality of service provided by a group of movers if no company names are mentioned.

A mover may accuse another mover of submitting a review on them. The mover is strongly encouraged to email info@citimove.com before doing so. Citimove.com will thoroughly investigate the review according to Citimove.com policy and report on whether there appears to be any evidence that the review was erroneously entered. Citimove.com will temporarily deactivate the review while this investigation is done. The investigation may take up to 1 week. Citimove.com will not respond to any other queries about the review or rebuttal during this time. If information gained during the investigation determines the review is in violation of Citimove.com policy, the review will be permanently deactivated. The mover must keep in mind that they may not make any accusations, comments or derogatory remarks in their rebuttal about another mover.

The purpose of the rebuttal is to dispute this individual review. In general, any information in the rebuttal that is unrelated to this individual review may be grounds for Citimove.com to request a revised rebuttal.

Citimove.com reserves the right to modify this rebuttal policy at any time.
